| This rack works well. Using indirect heat, a drip pan with a little water in it to catch the grease and create a little moisture and you are set to go! The rack holds more than you think it will hold. Can be used for chicken breasts, quarters, etc. also. I spray my racks with a little olive oil before I put everything on the grill...this helps with the clean up....makes that job allot easier. |

| I typically buy baby back ribs. This rack just does not have wide enough spacing. Most of my ribs simply do not fit. I like the stainless steel but not happy with the spacing. I tried widening it but not the greatest results. |

| Weber products are always good. I bought another of these at a local store and they work very well, but best with the St Louis trimmed style ribs. The full racks come over too far and will limit your load to 2 rack at a time without touching. The trimmed ones are best anyway and use the trimmings for tasters. Not bad to clean and the finish comes right back each time. |
